ANYTHING IN BETWEEN

From total strangers to closest acquaintances,

it really is a wonder how WE got together

how a simple hi does such wonders

bringing hope and light to each other's life.

overcoming OUR faults we realize what true kindness is,

because YOU and I found a strength called LOVE...!!!!!!

strangely it appears; nothing could come between US

WE intertwined, friendship knowing no bounds

but woe to Us, for it could not last

as life settled in, childhood days disappearing

the river seperating US widening, yet normal it seems

the bridge broken, gone beyond redemption

WE were so close together, but the twilight has a different color now.

the abundance of kindness only keeps a distance between US

OUR coldly ignored hearts are wandering in the midst

if this awkardness is what it's likee to live,

i shall close MY eyes under the cold sky

if there are looks that communicate better than words.

people can all live on freely, not losing their way

alas that no such actions will reclaim what's lost between US

but no thing on this earth could last FOREVER

there isnt anything in between, but the link is gone FOREVER

never will those wonderful days appear in OUR lives in the world

But if anything should happen, YOU should know that I will be there

for I had never left, not really, even though WE'RE worlds apart.
